		<description>Hi. just wanted to say, you don&#039;t need to buy an ice cream maker- you can put the ice cream mixture in a shallow container for 2 hours or so, then you can take out the container and beat the mixture until slushy/almost liquid then you freeze it for another two hours, and repeat the step. Repeat again after two hours. I know that seems really lengthy, but if you want, you can miss out the beating and re-freezing- the only reason it is better to do it is because it stops ice crystals forming at the edges. =)</description>
