He has a man cold.

This past weekend my dear man got a cold. Whenever he gets sick he comes up with multiple theories as to why and how he got sick. Each theory points to our darling sweet children. He wanders around our home moaning and complaining about Sunday School, children’s programs, and concludes that he should, and I quote,” Take my family and live in seclusion somewhere”. His world is coming to an end as he knows it.

It so happened on Saturday, while he was dying in the chair beside me, that I was wasting time watching You Tube clips. And as luck would have it I came across this brillinat skit, it is about a man with a cold who calls the paramedics. You have got to see this!! I laughed so hard I was crying and nearly peed my pants, it is so funny!.  I will never forget it and will always refer to his colds as a man cold from now on. In fact, I heard Sunshine say,   “Daddy has a man cold”.

My little Joy might be the only kind one in this house as  she shared, with daddy, her favourite thing in the whole wide world, the tag on her blanket!

Your so kind little girl! Oh, poor guy he really is not well. Are your men dramatic about getting sick?

About karynforyou

Thank you for stopping by. I am a wife, mother to three daughters and homeschooler. It`s my intention to encourage, strengthen and laugh with friends. If you were stopping by my home you would find a sink full of dishes, books and paper strewn about but plenty of seats available for extra guests and the kettle on for tea... I may need to be reminded a few times before the tea is actually brewed. I`m blogging to help me keep focused. I will post about parenting, marriage, homeschooling, homemaking, and I`m sure there will be a few trips to the sewing room from time to time. If you have a post idea or question please feel free to contact me, I will get back to you.
